Dhrigayu Ayurveda delivers across all 28 states and 8 union territories in India, covering over 26,000+ PIN codes through authorized tier-1 logistics networks (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shiprocket, and India Post Speed Post). All shipments originate directly from our central fulfillment facility located in Hisar, Haryana.
2 Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Order Cut-Off: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday through Saturday) are prioritized for same-day quality inspection and packaging.
- Dispatch Schedule: All orders are securely dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday, or during Sundays and gazetted national holidays, will be dispatched on the following business working day.

Ayurvedic therapeutic oils and herbal preparations require specialized protection during highway transit. Every bottle is sealed with an airtight inner seal, secondary neck-taping, heavy-density air-bubble cushioning, and packaged inside heavy-duty corrugated cartons to ensure intact, leak-proof arrival at your doorstep.

5 Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, an automated confirmation message containing your AWB / Tracking Number and courier website link will be sent to your registered mobile number, WhatsApp, and email address.
6 Shipping Fees & Transparent Billing
Any delivery charges or free shipping promotions applicable to your order are clearly itemized on the product checkout modal before you initiate payment. There are no hidden convenience charges, surprise fuel surcharges, or COD handling fees added at the time of delivery.
7 Delivery Attempts & Address Guidelines
Our logistics partners will attempt doorstep delivery up to 3 times. Before each attempt, the delivery executive will call your provided mobile number. To avoid delivery delays or Return-to-Origin (RTO):
- Provide a complete address including flat/house number, building/street name, landmark, and exact 6-digit PIN code.
- Ensure your contact phone number is reachable to receive courier OTP and calls.
- If you know you will be unavailable on the delivery day, you can reschedule via the courier link or inform our support desk.
