2 Ayurvedic Wellness & Product Usage Disclaimer

3 Pricing, Orders & Online Payments

• Currency & Taxes: All product prices displayed on the store are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all statutory Goods and Services Taxes (GST) unless explicitly noted.
• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed once your payment is successfully authorized through our integrated payment partner, Razorpay, and an automated Order ID is generated.
• Price Accuracy: While we endeavor to ensure all pricing and stock details are precise, in the event of an inadvertent technical or typographical error, Dhrigayu Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel the order and provide an immediate 100% refund.
• Payment Modes: We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Wallets via Razorpay's 100% secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout.

4 Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery

5 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch. For hygiene and safety standards, opened bottles or products with broken protective seals cannot be returned. 6 Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, brand names ("Dhrigayu", "Dhrigayu Ayurveda"), logos, bottle design imagery, website banners, therapeutic descriptions, software code, and visual materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Dhrigayu Ayurveda. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, modification, or commercial re-distribution is strictly forbidden and subject to civil and criminal legal action under Indian IP laws.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhrigayu Ayurveda, its founders, practitioners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from website usage or product application. In all scenarios, our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited strictly to the exact purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

8 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Hisar, Haryana, India.
